Types of data processed

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning; the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and are deleted after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of personal data by the user via data collection forms or email to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information texts will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular on-demand services.

Cookies

None of the user’s personal data is recorded by the website in this respect.
No cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, nor are persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e. systems for tracking users.
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially detrimental to the privacy of users’ navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

Optional provision of data

Except as specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data indicated in the request forms or in the contacts to request the sending of informational material or other communications.
If not provided, this may result in the inability to obtain what is requested.

Processing Methods

Personal data is processed with automated means only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Rights of the Data Subjects

The subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, or to request its integration or updating, or correction (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
Pursuant to this article, they have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
Requests must be addressed to our Data Processing Manager at the address of our company headquarters.
